Most Singaporeans have this same sentiment:
what is at the end of a long line is something worth queueing for.I totally agree to it! some of us can blindly queue for it without asking if is it the correct queue for them...yesterday i went to the poly clinic and waited there for 3+hours before i can finally get out of the place! that is really very SLOW! at the hospital referral station, there is no proper system. at first I thought have to queue over there.. so stood close to the counter. Soon later a LONG QUEUE was formed behind me. -.- All of us stood there idiotically for 5-10minutes, before realising that the queue isn't moving at all. strange. no one complained. I got very tired of waiting so asked the nurse. why isn't the queue moving? "you don't have to queue, actually. go back there and take a sit. we will call your name.""what the!"either the nurse is blind or we are invisible. there are about 10 of us queueing and she didn't inform us that our names will be called systematically. whatever.....................................................................................................................................ytd tuition class was cancelled. peiting and i went swimming instead. swimming with my little cousin was FUN. i will sure want to go with her again. she taught me backstroke, freestyle and butterfly.... only mastered the first two styles... anyway, i just visited Temasek hall(TH) room the other day. i was given a single room, instead of the double that i've applied for. i felt cheated. in my nus accomodation status it is written double. why did it turn out to be single. too bad i couldn't withdraw from it since i've already make an advanced payment of $450. no choice. i gotta try sleeping alone now. here comes my life to independence...later i am going NUH for follow-up health check and i am bringing mummy over to my new room :))28jul-1august (TH orientation)
