Playing tennis is not as satisfying as smacking the shuttle cocks... played tennis with weehong and chunting yesterday morning. Initially they've called a group of 8 to come down. But only 3 of us came. The rest either went back home, live too far away or just changed their minds. I was totally a noob in that sports. I threw about 2 balls over the fence... luckily they didn't roll onto the road. else wee hong could have killed me... he borrowed those from his collegues...
after the game, when we are refreshed and all, we went over to central library for a long mugging session. 11-6pm! of cos had an hr long lunch inbetween. Met justin at engin canteen... another friend who I have not chat with since 4mths ago! can you imagine? Both of us are from nus engineering, yet we seldom see each other... engin is like how big. mayb "bigger" than the 4 "joint-faculties" which himlim mentioned to me ytd... she said in their school, 4 faculties share a single canteen. that's why meeting friends become very easy. She told me alot of hilarious stories of ntu.. haha... i am quite jealous that most of our good friends are at ntu now... thanks to th i've found good friends here as well :)

here comes the recess week...
Unlike past year, this time I don't have many mid term tests to study for... that makes me a little lost. b'cos I don't have a rough guide on how I should pace myself academic wise. I have spent most of my time re-visiting topics which I am unsure of and re work on my tutorial questions. Still, I find myself behind schedule. Is that some kind of panic attack? always worry about the unnecessary. anyway~ just study hard gal! I believe good grades come after hard work. or good grades come with luck or miracle... but not everyone is that lucky... better to be down on earth. work hard! jia you!

I've have so much work to do!
Sometimes I wonder if I have become more dumb or my coursework is getting tougher... I can spend the whole day reading on just 1 module! probably at most 2 chapters! that's so time-consuming! Teach me how to absorb faster!! I need the power of learning fast... Couldn't really find time for leisure this sem... anyway i need to save up for other purposes( yr end holidays & eyes surgery(most likely))
I went to the doctor at NUH last wed. Results were not too bad, just that my eyes are exceptionally dry. Doctor recommended me to wash eyelids with warm water and clean them every night to reduce the oilyness which may be the ultimate reason of dry eyes. Anyway... I realised that washing your face with warm water before cleansing it with foam can help to close up pores and reduce blemishes! not sure if it's a psychological effect. Last night I tried that, and applied fluid moisturiser before bed... This morning my pimples get smaller and less red. haha... I am going to stick with this method :) also have to eat 2 omega3 supplementary pills diligently.
To me... good complexion makes a person look beautiful and attractive. ( I don't mean with the aid of cake foundation!)
