helloha!
my updates are boring la... haha... life at work. work is interesting though. am i self-contradicting?
Did I mention that I've gone back to work at the zoo? I went back last friday(good friday). I chose the wrong day to go back. They put me under the members section, which is the most popular gantry. On weekends smart membership card holders will crowd up that gantry. phew. i could hardly breathe that day. at first i was lost and confused. my job is to count the number of adults and children entering with the card. next, swap the card and then issue parking pass and maps. yes, it sounded easy. but for a newcomer... everything is not as easy. swapping the card for instance needs skill. many times the reader failed to read the barcode. that really irritated me.
day1: I went to all 3 different areas (members, ticket, exit)
day2: area checks and I did flushing! hohoho... LOVE it. I don't mean flushing the toilet :p we have to flush guests out of the zoo... in a polite way, of course. i was fun.. i get to sit on WD(wildlife discover) "jeep"
day 3: I am so pro! I passed down what I've learnt to someone who has worked 2 weeks at entrance. Arent' I AMAZING? me who have only worked for 3 days teaching a person who work longer?
so in short, every working day is a fresh new experience for me.
tmr will be my last day at entrance... after that i will be moving on to ticketing! hohoho!
Yesterday went tiong bahru plaza for hair treatment again. Sigh, I am working so hard yet money doesnt seems to flow in... I am spending way more than I earn =( gonna start saving and stop OVERspending. if not I won't have enough to play in US. lol. had dinner with terence after my treatment. haha... my study buddy is now my 2nd eating buddy. my first eating buddy is none other than huijun lo. opps. hj, pls don't be angry. I really cannot resist food whenever I am with you. :) terence said I gain weight! ya, true. i gained 2kg... but i didnt noe i look fatter? I thought i grow taller =x
