Opps... feel quite guilty. have been going out these weekends. Yesterday suppose to catch NDP preview fireworks at the waterfront. but we were late. Too engrossed with shopping. i didn't know guys can be so crazy about shopping.=x haha... surely more shopaholic than me! by the time we were done with shopping, everybody in red and white were streaming towards the mrt station. we asked them if the fireworks have started... then as expected they said the whole show had ended. sian! Missed the fireworks but at least got to see the fighter planes and hear the firing of cannons. we walked down to 190bus stop. just like last year... we went into cheers and got some snacks. munched and crapped all the way back home... LOL!

Today lost my way at outram park... LOl don't know how to get to block 4... some more i followed the wrong group of people. i saw 3 people carrying bags and i thought they may be on their way to hospital as well. my guess has always been accurate. but today... guessed wrongly. LOL! luckily wk called me at the right time. if not i probably just went back without visiting his mum. He brought his other friends there too. all very friendly. talked to me like i know them very well.. even asked about my height and weight. LOL! but it is a secret, of cuz. so i just crapped back "within 0-45kg".lol. His mum seem healthy to me. doesn't look like anybody who is suffering. or is she hiding her pains.

oh ya! today i saw beautiful beautiful full moon! big and bright.

LoL. ml introduced me to this little game from her blog. lame game. she spent hours thinking of weird habits...

rules of the game: each player of this game starts off with ten weird habits or little known facts about yourself.

opps. come to think about it. i have too many embarrassing bad habits! i shall share a few of them here. =)
1) very sensitive to fish meat
2) when eating BIG chicken burger i will settle the top and bottom bread before tasting the chicken
3) can sleep anyway, even on the floor when i am tired.
4) cover my ears when watching horror movie
5) cover my ears when i saw lizards or cockroach
6) never dry my hair after shower
7) never comb my hair, unless i am going out
8) bring ice cubes into my room when the weather is HOT (as if it will help)
9) peel my toe nails
10) wake up before 8am almost eveyday.

Stupig witches. you spoilt my day. what he said is SO true.

It was an early dismissal today. so great. suppose to have phy EXTRA lesson but Mr ong was on MC. haha... no matter what it's good news for us. =x during phy tutorial slack alot. ",) hehehe...

yeah. finally found somebody to go watch NDP rehearsal with me. we watching outside la... heard that we can see the performance clearly from outside. but maybe need to go early to book good place. woah. really look forward to it! =) lol. fireworks and stuff... so cool... i miss those days!!! 3 years ago I was one of the participants there. I was in the supporting contingent, representing SJAB. the feeling of standing there looking at people mostly in red and white is just GREAT. still remember what our contingent commander said to us "What happen during the rehearsal is insignificant. It is the final work that makes the true difference." This tells me the importance of working smart rather than just working hard.

what will you do if you were told your parent only has half year left to live? I don't think anybody have ever thought of such question. This morning received a msg from a good friend... He was upset over a bad news. His mother was diagnosed with cancer a few years back. and now he told me his mother has not much time left. I was pretty shocked. I thought his mum has already recovered. last mth saw his mum... she seemed to be in pink health. things change so fast... It's really hard to accept it i guess... somebody close to you leaving for another place, yet you can't do anything to stop it from happening. i am glad that he is brave enough to face the reality.

sleep is important. yes, i know that. lol... today i have a sudden urge to stay up late. so much homework to do... -.- ha. no i am not complaining. kinda love doing work now... somemore it's RAINING!=D feel a tinge of happiness inside me :D

Whenever I went out with huijun lame things happen. =x True enough... today we did something rather stupid. We trained down to orchard to catch harry potter. In the train we kept changing seats. saw jolene in the same train, but we refused to acknowledge her. opps. that's bad. i don't think she saw us or recognise us la... so it's not too bad. she seemed depress... she didn't even notice two girls were shifting here and there... LOL! we actually got to sit at 4 different seats. sound exaggerating? 4 different seats in the same cabin! I don't know we can get so fussy about seats. not only the seat matters, the person sitting beside you matters too. there was this auntie sleeping beside me. her head was leaning on my shoulder. lol. reached orchard just in time. huijun's PRC buddy was already there. she's really good at speaking... chillichaalaa... everything is said so clearly. woah. i am very impressed. i need to talk so much to make the other party understand what i want to say (i always cannot think of the right words). ha! that's why i often use sound effect to describe. more effective what.=x also speaking to her make me feel inferior. my chinese standard is like a thousand time lower than hers. we smuggled snacks into the cinema. then inside the theatre... the changing seats game restarted. We didn't know lido theatre is that big. huijun got tickets for row A which is the last row. we find the seats too far from screen so moved down to row J... at that time the theatre was still quite empty. so we thought it will remain that way till the end. ha. unfortunately, the seats were booked by somebody else. the thick-skinned us apologised and shifted again. then later... another couple came to us due to the same reason. we wanted to move again. but this time round, the girls understood us. they allowed us to stay where we are. phew. anyway, harry potter isn't that great. I am waiting for rush Hour 3... out on national day.=)

I miss Family outings so much so much!
I love today. It was so fun. Yesterday too. I miss sitting in a small car with my family. We used to own a car years back. still remember when i was young my parents always bring us to genting for holiday. then we will listen to a japanese song "say yes" on our journey there. not sure if i got the title correct. I miss those days deeply. Haven't gone for holiday as a whole family for so many years already.

Yesterday was my first time testing my sister's driving skill... haha! at the beginning I don't have any confidence in her. ha. kept my body so stiff... like preparing for "fight and flight" LOL! then when she drove out to the main roads i feel safer... eveything is under good control. yun yun... you did a great job! my brother seat by her side and guide her through the entire journey. anyway, the car isn't ours. how i wish we have our own car. ha. i heard papa is getting one soon... =)
then today went IMM to take "quan jie fu". took some photos before the actual shots. I think today is mummy's happiest day. LOL! got a taste of being graduated. got the opportunity to take sweet-loving photo with papa. -hehehe-mum like a bit shy... don't think they have taken such photos in the past. lol... =x i believe the photos will turn up great. the camaraman like very skillful. haha! can see that he tried very hard to make my parents smile. LOL!

he got good sense of humor eh...=)

I love blue skies! yestderday saw pure blue skies at sentosa... but mingli and tik don like it. they prefer sunset skies... but i like perfect skies... we seldom see them. don't you agree? just like a piece of blue paper. so clean and clear. it seems so near yet so far.HOho... flooding my blog with lots of pictures! yeah. can upload the pics taken ytd. tik quite efficient. had all the pics uploaded today. haha! I am going to forget about the eyes issue. just take good care will do. a fren once told me... " actually wearing specs will not help. eat more carrots, look at the green green grasses. be like a rabbit. that's why you don't see rabbit wearing specs." since it's irreversible. think so much also no use. =D

fooling ard near the ice cream stall... haha.. cute hair style right? oh. we bought an ice cream membership card which costs $5. 15% discount for all ice creams. that person talked to us for quite some time then come to the point. membership card for $5. he asked us alot of questions. actually only 2. haha... the first one very lame. "Do you know where is our uramaki stall (dunno what is it call but something like tat)?" actually it is just in front of us... yet he asked that. haha.. the second qn was more challenging.. "Where are the other outlets?" I know where. but suddenly forgot. so allow tik and ml to answer. actually lot 1 has one.ha. oh ya for the card, we are supposed to share it. but i guess... i am paying it all... cuz lost it on the spot! scattered-brain. i tink i passed to that person and forgot to take back from him! so blur! i bought wasabi ice cream.. tik bought choc and ml bought sakura. haha...

Fish & Co with sister!

First time lunching at fish and co.. we ordered seafood platter. really very fulfilling! there are 10 prawns,1 fish fillet, 6 mussels and lots of rice and squids. ha! i love the prawns and fries... fish also not bad. but don't really like it. =x squids too many le.. so kinda sickening. ha. didn't bought anything that day. except some accessories. i am broke enough... wonder why -.- haha. anyway, fish and co is my sister's treat!

Making sushi time!

Yesterday brought huijun over from lot 1 to my house. before that we went NTUC to get ingredients for making sushi. haha! aiya. i kinda trouble huijun... cuz we just went there to buy a small packet of scallop. very small. haha. ya. huijun actually remember where i stay. bingo!-the block and the level. hehe... cannot remember hers =x then we starting washing and cutting the ingredients. accidentally cut the tip of my finger while slicing the egg. phew. luckily only cut by a bit. didn't bleed.it was so close. ha. and then... ta-da! after all the rolling and cutting we got this:::

Especially made for miss wong min. it is her birthday today. 07.07.07. nice numbers. but 4D. HAHA. First time making sushi for friend. ha. next time can make for bf. ah!=x everyone says the sushi is great.=D of course. huijun and i sprinkle our sincerity on them.

Went marina square to meet wongmin. eh... as usual i was late by over an hour. luckily wongmin has the patience. dined at changing appetites. 50% off all waffle ice creams after 10pm. haha... so like all other typical people we placed our order only after 10pm. =x

yeah yeah... prelim 1 is finally over. after so many days... so happy. i am glad that the last paper didn't disappoint me. haha. at least it makes me believe that a good start goes with a good end =D. today board the same train as huijun. and i was telling her how excited i was over this paper. ha. i think i left her with an impression that i am always excited over physics exam. =/ after school went jurong east with 'Hui's... to search for sunflower. on the train to jurong got one india man take picture of me sia... don't know for what. his camera was facing us directly and the flash was on. lol. anyway, he look like a tourist. ha. so we think he is curious of what i am doing... ha. i was actually playing with sweet wrappers. showing jun and yang that i can really create sound out of it. lol. tried so hard to prove yang... today then realised there is a florist shop at jurong east mrt station. ha. but too bad it didn't sell sunflower. so went IMM to get the flowers. it was all well-wrapped. the florist quite friendly. helped me attach a tiny bear over the wrapped flowers.

mum and i reached there quite early. at around 645pm. I didn't expect 188 to be that fast. i expected jams and all... but luck is by our side. all clear. haha... when we reached there da pek and his wife already there... talking to his wife is so pressurizing. lol... she will ask about studies and all... and when i told her i am not as interested in studies as my sister... she seem disappointed in me. lol. whatever. also another thing. people need not go to top schools to be good. neighbourhood schools have good students too. why do people always neglect them? awhile later the whole gang of relatives arrived. hmm... not that many. like 10? lol. we took alot of pictures. most of the time i was e cameraman. i love to take pictures. cannot help. will post those pictures up soon.;) oh yah. saw mr bryan lim and wen xiang over there. didn't manage to call mr lim... he was walking so fast and i was queueing for the locker. too bad. he was holding uniform cover anyway. probably one of the prize winners? wenxiang cannot recognise me. i tapped on his shoulders and he turned and asked who are you. -.- almost thought i call the wrong person. his memory quite poor. take sometime to recall. i was really tired just now. legs and arms all aching. ya... true. my sister said i am very xiao qi. true la... but cannot control de ma... last few pictures you can see that my face become like justice bao. =x serious. shall upload them soon.

Just came back from my cousin's wedding. Another usual wedding. I found out something... nowadays people love to display videos during the wedding. I prefer going to my father's side occasions. it's more exciting and unusual. LOL. they will have special programmes like... magic shows, karaoke, dancing,etc. people over there are more daring. the wedding dinner was held at orchard parade hotel. we reached there like 5 minutes late. but actually we were considered early. so many ah YIs coming in later than us. the march in started quite late. around 845pm. it ended late too... around 11pm? some photos to share.. ;)
